What you will do

  • Own end-to-end strategy and performance for prediction markets in crypto, politics, stocks, and macroeconomics.
  • Drive key business outcomes by managing metrics including engagement, retention, volume, and revenue.
  • Identify emerging narratives and real-world trends to create compelling prediction market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Legal, and Compliance teams to execute business objectives.
  • Develop and optimize operational processes for the rapid launch and management of markets at scale.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on prediction markets to inform strategic priorities across the organization.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in operations, strategy, business management, consulting, or finance.
  • Experience owning business outcomes, operational performance metrics, or P&L responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, cryptocurrency, politics, or technology trends.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Must be based in the US (gaming license requirements may apply).
