What you will do

• Lead CMF development for assigned vehicle programs from concept (DSM0) to launch (J1).
• Deliver complete CMF proposals including color, material, and finish specifications and technical drawings.
• Translate CMF strategy into feasible, production-ready design solutions.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, modelers, trimmers, and painters to ensure design alignment.
• Coordinate with suppliers for exterior paint, soft trim, and decorative materials.
• Create high-quality visual presentations, renders, and storytelling materials for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Transportation Design, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of CMF experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Proven experience delivering production-ready CMF programs and working with global teams.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and rendering tools such as VRED or Blender.
• Ability to lead CMF programs independently and present confidently to senior leadership.
• Location: Must be based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Rhino or Blender.
• Knowledge of generative AI tools.
