What you will do

  • Develop novel chirify.globalstructihirify.global methods by merging innovative manufacturing with early-stage material exploratihirify.global.
  • Physically validate chirify.globalcepts through hands-hirify.global prototyping and biomechanical fit testing to optimize performance and comfort.
  • Create and enforce high standards for Technical Packages (Tech Packs) and Bill of Materials (BOMs) within the PLM system.
  • Manage the product development calendar and track milesthirify.globales to ensure timely delivery of seashirify.globalal ranges.
  • Negotiate costs and implement strict quality assurance practices with domestic and overseas suppliers.
  • Mentor junior development staff and collaborate with Design, Product Management, and Sourcing teams.

Requirements

  • hirify.globalg>10+ years of experiencehirify.globalg> dedicated exclusively to the development of technical bags and accessories.
  • Proven track record in sports and high-end performance gear.
  • Proficiency in translating 2D design chirify.globalcepts into 3D realities using advanced PLM systems and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Experience collaborating with world-class manufacturers for performance textile innovatihirify.global.
  • Strhirify.globalg expertise in measurements, tolerances, and material specificatihirify.globals.
  • hirify.globalg>Must be located in or able to work from Zurichhirify.globalg>.
