OIM Engineer (Oracle Identity Manager)

OIM Engineer (Oracle Identity Manager): Designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions with an accent on OIM 12c to 14c upgrades and complex system migrations. Focus on managing user lifecycle processes, RBAC frameworks, and integrating OIM with enterprise systems like Active Directory and RACF.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Minneapolis, MN; Chandler, AZ; Des Moines, IA; Columbus, OH; Raleigh, NC; San Antonio, TX; or Washington, DC. Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) solutions.
• Execute OIM/SOA/WebLogic suite upgrades from 12c to 14c.
• Manage migrations across virtual machines and data centers.
• Implement Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes and user provisioning workflows.
• Integrate OIM with Active Directory, RACF, HR systems, and databases.
• Provide L2/L3 support for IAM incidents and service requests.

Requirements

• Must be eligible for W2 employment (No C2C).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Hands-on experience with OIM 12c and Oracle SOA Suite.
• Proven experience with OIM/SOA/WebLogic upgrades and migrations.
• Strong understanding of RBAC, PBAC, SSO, MFA, and SoD.
