What you will do

• Manage end-to-end order processing, including EDI and manual file completion.
• Coordinate and monitor shipments, ensuring punctual and flawless execution.
• Handle documentation, invoicing, and administrative tasks related to exports.
• Provide regular feedback and reporting to internal and external customers.
• Perform operational troubleshooting and manage non-conformance reporting according to KPIs.
• Collaborate with approved subcontractors to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Antwerp office.
• Proven experience in ocean export logistics and documentation.
• Strong analytical skills for customer order plausibility and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in EDI systems and standard office software.
• Knowledge of Hazmat processes is required.
• Excellent communication skills for managing customer and subcontractor relationships.
