What you will do

• Manage order processing through EDI and manual file completion.
• Conduct customer order plausibility analysis and handle planning and booking.
• Coordinate end-to-end shipment follow-ups and transportation orders.
• Oversee documentation, administration, invoicing, and filing.
• Provide shipment reporting and feedback to internal and external customers via mail, phone, and EDI.
• Perform operational troubleshooting and non-conformance reporting based on KPIs.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Hazmat processes.
• Ability to ensure punctual and flawless order handling and documentation.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors in accordance with agreed rates.
