What you will do

• Act as the primary technical contact for planning and designing solution concepts for Edge computing customers.
• Design and implement Edge computing clusters, including cabling plans and technical orchestration.
• Lead installations and tests across OS, network, middleware, and application layers.
• Develop and support Edge computing components to maintain high-quality cloud product standards.
• Create processes for automation and standardization to improve system efficiency.
• Mentor junior colleagues and act as the key technical lead across multiple technology teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Slovakia due to taxation regulations.
• 5-7 years of experience in a similar architectural or senior technical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Linux (Ubuntu/Debian, SLES, or RedHat) and KVM virtualization.
• Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, Routing, Firewall, DNS, WAN, and VPN.
• Proficiency in Unix shell scripting and configuring Linux services.
• English: C1 level required.

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenStack or OpenShift.
• German language proficiency (B1).
• Valid technical certifications in relevant technologies.
