Salary: $3,000–$5,000 / month net

What you will do

• Translate ML model outputs into trading-relevant signals and features to bridge research and operations.
• Combine ML-derived features with existing strategies to improve performance and generate alpha across CME, Japan, and China markets.
• Evaluate feature sets, conduct experiments, and assess the impact of ML signals on strategy PnL.
• Collaborate with the trading team to identify opportunities where ML can provide a competitive edge.
• Monitor signal quality over time to identify degradation, overfitting, or regime changes.
• Contribute to strategy research and the discovery of new alpha sources.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in quantitative research, ML in trading, or a closely related role.
• Strong applied ML skills in classical methods (regression, classification, ensembles, and feature engineering).
• Ability to operate at a high level of abstraction regarding alpha, signal quality, and PnL impact.
• Strong Python skills, with TensorFlow being a mandatory requirement, along with pandas and scikit-learn.
