What you will do

• Lead AI implementation projects from kickoff to successful deployment for a diverse customer base.
• Configure AI tools to match specific client workflows and business requirements.
• Recommend innovative AI solutions to help customers achieve broader business goals beyond typical support.
• Collaborate with the product team to relay customer feedback and influence the short and long-term product strategy.
• Solve complex technical integration challenges creatively and efficiently.
• Serve as a technical AI expert and evangelist for the client base.

Requirements

• 4+ years of client-facing experience in technical implementation or management consulting.
• Technical background (CS, engineering, math, stats) or a proven track record of using technical tools such as no-code/low-code platforms.
• Strong project leadership skills with a high degree of agency and organization.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Active interest in AI, including tinkering with LLMs or building AI projects in spare time.
