What you will do

• Finalize copy documents after regulatory review and ensure correct disclaimers and edits.
• Organize, build, and distribute monthly content plans to global markets.
• Schedule and publish content across global channels using Hootsuite.
• Manage community engagement by monitoring inboxes and engaging customers authentically.
• Monitor external Facebook groups and coordinate responses with the relevant team members.
• Tag content for global reporting and assist in documenting internal processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for larger companies, preferably in B2B.
• Deep understanding of organic social media platforms, their differences, and strengths.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills to manage complex processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration and stakeholder management.
• English: Advanced (C1) level is required.
• Location: Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Experience with SMM tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
• Proficiency in content creation tools like Figma or Canva.
• Experience with reporting via Meta Business Suite or Google Analytics.
