What you will do

• Develop and maintain end-to-end automated tests using the existing Go-based framework.
• Extend and improve the internal test automation framework and automate load testing pipelines.
• Take ownership of the Go SDK, including its test suites, load-testing frameworks, and developer tooling.
• Build automation tooling for backend developers, managers, and QA.
• Transition manual and ad-hoc QA work into automated, CI/CD-integrated coverage.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Golang development experience writing clean, idiomatic code.
• Strong understanding of Go concurrency (goroutines, channels, synchronization primitives).
• Experience with gRPC (streaming RPCs) and networking fundamentals (TCP, UDP, HTTP/2, TLS).
• Expertise in testing (table-driven tests, race detector, fuzzing, and deterministic testing).
• Hands-on experience with profiling and performance tuning using pprof, benchmarks, and execution tracer.
• Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience designing and maintaining public SDKs or libraries.
• Experience with audio stream processing.
• Familiarity with SIP and telephony systems.
