What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end travel logistics for key event attendees including speakers, media, and investors.
  • Improve travel processes and workflows to enhance attendee experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage travel operations effectively.
  • Triage and resolve attendee changes, reschedules, and cancellations.
  • Foster professional relationships with high-profile delegations and organizations.
  • Monitor budgets and finance to ensure compliance with company targets.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Dublin or Lisbon.
  • 2+ years of experience in a travel operations, agent, or consultant role.
  • Strong knowledge of the travel industry.
  • Excellent customer service, planning, and communication skills.
  • Strong administrative capabilities with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work proactively and adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the events industry.
  • Knowledge of the tech industry.
