What you will do

• Schedule fleet and contracted haulage to meet service, utilization, and cost objectives.
• Perform effective route planning to ensure maximum fleet utilization for imports and exports.
• Ensure strict compliance with transportation legal requirements for Road, Sea, and Air, including EHS, GDP, and Food Safety standards.
• Manage all administrative tasks and record keeping within the logistics department.
• Oversee fleet service and maintenance schedules to ensure operational readiness.
• Report accidents, incidents, and near misses according to company safety policies.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland
• Strong IT skills and the ability to follow established procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
