What you will do

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve service-related issues.
• Provide technical support during night shifts (20:00–08:00), including weekends and public holidays.
• Assist international customers with their queries using English.
• Collaborate with colleagues from various European locations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Native-level Czech language skills, including excellent grammar and written communication.
• English proficiency for phone and email support.
• Willingness and ability to work night shifts (20:00–08:00), including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic understanding of internet concepts such as servers, email clients, and upload/download processes.
• Strong interest in internet technologies and a passion for problem-solving.
