is building a giant virtual charging platform to make electric vehicle ownership simple and smart.
What you will do
- Handle customer inquiries via email and online chat regarding sign-ups, card requests, and app feedback.
- Deliver high-quality care and support for EV drivers to maintain brand standards.
- Solve technical product queries by analyzing the product's technical side.
- Manage social media platforms and maintain the brand's tone of voice.
- Stay updated on new Electroverse features and communicate them to customers.
- Collaborate with the team to suggest improvements for the customer ecosystem.
Requirements
- Must be based in Wellington, New Zealand for hybrid work.
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone based on the audience.
- Organized approach to daily operations and flexibility to handle new tasks in a fast-growing environment.
- Ability to handle technical tasks, such as pulling data from admin portals for reporting.
- Strong interest in and desire to learn about the EV industry and charging technology.
