Location: Hybrid in Wellington, New Zealand (up to 2 days per week from home)

hirify.global is building a giant virtual charging platform to make electric vehicle ownership simple and smart.

What you will do

  • Handle customer inquiries via email and online chat regarding sign-ups, card requests, and app feedback.
  • Deliver high-quality care and support for EV drivers to maintain brand standards.
  • Solve technical product queries by analyzing the product's technical side.
  • Manage social media platforms and maintain the brand's tone of voice.
  • Stay updated on new Electroverse features and communicate them to customers.
  • Collaborate with the team to suggest improvements for the customer ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Wellington, New Zealand for hybrid work.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone based on the audience.
  • Organized approach to daily operations and flexibility to handle new tasks in a fast-growing environment.
  • Ability to handle technical tasks, such as pulling data from admin portals for reporting.
  • Strong interest in and desire to learn about the EV industry and charging technology.
