What you will do

• Lead the technical implementation of robotic systems, assisting customers with setup, integration, and optimization.
• Provide subject matter expertise on robotics hardware, including robotic arms, sensors, actuators, and mechanical systems.
• Design and optimize robot system architectures to ensure maximum performance and reliability.
• Conduct on-site and remote training for customers on robot operations and troubleshooting best practices.
• Collaborate with systems engineering, product management, and sales teams to drive product enhancements based on customer feedback.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, implementation guidelines, and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements

• Degree in Robotics, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in robotics system implementation, integration, and support.
• Deep knowledge of robotics hardware, control systems, software frameworks, and debugging tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex technical issues in diverse environments.
• Ability to travel for on-site assessments, installations, and customer interactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
