Project Construction Manager (Engineering)

TL;DR

Project Construction Manager (Engineering): Implementing erection plans for large-scale waste-to-X industrial plants with an accent on HSE, quality, and cost compliance. Focus on supervising construction sites, managing multidisciplinary teams, and coordinating installation packages.

Location: Hybrid (Home office 2 days/week). Must be based in or able to work at sites in Slovakia (Košice) or Hungary (Budapest).

Salary: Basic wage from 3,200 EUR/month

What you will do

• Establish and implement erection plans ensuring HSE, quality, time, and cost compliance.
• Plan and coordinate resources and manage contracts for third-party personnel.
• Supervise construction sites and support site teams to achieve work package objectives.
• Develop erection concepts and procure installation packages and tools.
• Report to the Project Director, identifying risks and acting proactively on HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Technical University Degree.
• 8+ years of experience in plant erection and site management for large industrial projects.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and conduct technical negotiations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Resource Planning Systems (SAP, PIRS).
• Valid SCC and IOSH certifications or recognized European safety training.
• Excellent English language skills and either Slovak (for Košice) or Hungarian (for Budapest).
