What you will do

• Own monthly closing activities for manufacturing, including inventory, fixed assets, and depreciation.
• Monitor and control supply chain finance KPIs such as CAPEX, labor rates, and inventory levels.
• Partner with project finance and PMO teams to accurately allocate manufacturing costs to projects.
• Develop and standardize finance policies, procedures, and templates to improve audit readiness.
• Collaborate with operational and commercial leadership to translate financial data into actionable business insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Mandatory: Work experience in Manufacturing Finance, Supply Chain Finance, or Plant Finance Controller roles.
• Experience working in conglomerate or multinational environments.
• Proficiency in IFRS concepts and reporting standards.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.

Nice to have

• Professional certification in accountancy (CMA, DipIFR, etc.).
• Experience with HFM/Hyperion reporting tools.
