What you will do

• Administer day-to-day international and UK payroll processes, including set-ups, contract amendments, and terminations.
• Process timesheets and expense claims, ensuring accurate filing and quality control.
• Generate and distribute payroll reports, payslips, remittances, and invoices.
• Resolve payroll and billing queries from contractors and clients via telephone and email.
• Analyze and record PAYE liabilities and maintain payment history for foreign taxpayers.
• Collaborate with Finance, Credit Control, and Billing teams to ensure all payment deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Experience in finance, payroll, sales ledger, or credit control environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office suite.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict financial deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in Dubai.
