What you will do

• Lead end-to-end IFS Cloud ERP rollouts across global entities.
• Translate manufacturing and project management business needs into functional system designs.
• Deliver Key User training and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage go-live readiness, data preparation, and cutover activities.
• Provide hands-on support during go-live and hypercare phases.
• Coordinate deployment progress, manage dependencies, and mitigate project risks.

Requirements

• Solid experience in production or manufacturing environments.
• Proven exposure to ERP or system implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of planning, tracking, and costing in project-based environments.
• Ability to work under pressure during go-live and hypercare phases.
• Willingness to travel as required by deployment projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaborative problem-solving skills.
