• Solve complex technical challenges on multidisciplinary transport and infrastructure projects.
• Lead technical delivery and manage projects to ensure quality, efficiency, and strong results.
• Coach and mentor talented professionals and graduates within the transport engineering discipline.
• Collaborate with clients to shape solutions and strengthen long-term professional relationships.

Requirements

• Degree in Transport or Traffic Engineering (or a related field).
• 10+ years of experience in transport and/or traffic engineering.
• Proven leadership in delivering Transport Impact Assessments and Road Safety Assessments.
• Solid understanding and application of the relevant TfNSW guidelines.
• Ability to develop preliminary transport infrastructure designs aligned with local and national standards.
