At TaxDome, we’re building the #1 practice management platform for accounting firms in the US and globally. We are a 400+ fully remote team across 40+ countries, serving tens of thousands of businesses worldwide.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product Team and own outcomes at the level of business operations. This is a vertical role where progress depends on real impact, not feature throughput.

You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership, make meaningful product decisions, and directly impact how our customers run, optimize, and scale their business processes.

🔎 What we’re looking for:
• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in complex B2B SaaS companies
• B2+ spoken and written English
• Proven experience owning strategic product initiatives end to end — from building the investment case to delivering measurable outcomes
• Strong judgment in ambiguous and complex situations
• Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to build alignment across teams
• Comfort co-designing solutions with Engineering and Design, not only defining the problem
• Fluent use of AI for personal productivity, problem-solving, and improving the quality of product decisions

📌 What you’ll do:
• Own business processes end to end for a clearly defined customer segment
• Drive measurable outcomes, not just delivery or feature releases
• Work with large amounts of context across multiple teams and identify what matters most
• Make high-quality decisions with speed and judgment
• Drive technical trade-off discussions across Engineering, Product, and Design
• Identify meaningful user and behavioral signals and turn them into action
• Anticipate product risks before they become blockers
• Think in hypotheses and measure success through observable changes in customer behavior
