What you will do

• Lead data migrations, guiding new clients through the transition of historical data into hirify.global.
• Extract, clean, map, and validate client data from CSV and Excel formats.
• Identify and resolve formatting discrepancies or system mismatches before go-live.
• Train properties on building, customizing, and automating operational and financial reports.
• Perform post-migration audits to validate accuracy across financial and occupancy metrics.
• Advise property managers on KPIs to optimize daily operations.

Requirements

• Direct experience with Hotel Property Management Systems (e.g., hirify.global, Opera, Mews, Protel).
• Proven track record in onboarding, implementation, or Tier 2/3 technical support.
• Power-user skills in Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas).
• Strong understanding of data management, mapping, parsing, and root-cause analysis.
• Professional proficiency (verbal and written) in Portuguese and Spanish.
• Must be based in Portugal.

• Prior experience working with business intelligence dashboards or advanced financial reporting structures.
