What you will do

  • Lead day-to-day production efforts for a cross-functional development team.
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and milestone execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and align on goals.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and ensure delivery of high-quality tools and features.
  • Coordinate across global teams to unblock dependencies and align technical solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve developer workflows and system scalability.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager or similar role in game development.
  • Ample experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading teams through all feature development phases from planning to post-release support.
  • Experience applying Agile and Lean development processes such as Scrum or Kanban.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the video game industry, specifically with live or multiplayer games.
  • Background in digital project management or as a Scrum Master in a technology setting.
  • Experience working with teams building metagames or core gameplay systems.
  • Mastery of production tools like Jira for tracking and reporting.
