What you will do

• Deliver high-quality end-to-end customer service with a professional demeanor.
• Provide consultation on booking processes, including best fares, routing, and international travel requirements.
• Utilize GDS tools to identify and book the best options for air, rail, car, and hotel arrangements.
• Proactively anticipate and mitigate potential travel problems to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain strict adherence to company standards regarding tool utilization, accuracy, and workflow.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Quezon City, Philippines
• Completed at least 2 years of college education.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in GDS Travel Operations.
• Proven experience using GDS Tools such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo.

Nice to have

• Experience handling Corporate Travel Accounts.
