What you will do

• Resolve complex billing and technical service requests via phone and email.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems across software, APIs, integrations, and infrastructure.
• Reconcile invoicing with SAP and perform root cause analysis for bug fixes.
• Maintain internal runbooks, FAQs, and technical documentation.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to identify and solve billing support trends.
• Lead incident response and participate in on-call rotations for critical issues.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in billing technical support.
• Proficiency with SAP, SaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
• Experience with web servers (Apache, IIS) and databases (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL).
• Basic knowledge of Linux environments.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• High school diploma required; secondary degree preferred.

Nice to have

• ITIL or Microsoft Azure certifications.
• Scripting experience in Bash, Python, PowerShell, or PHP.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
