Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Toronto, Calgary, or Vancouver (minimum 2 days per week in office)

Salary: $90,800 – $122,800 CAD

What you will do

• Set the visual direction for brand campaigns and lead concept execution across multi-channel work.
• Own the full project lifecycle, from stakeholder alignment and creative decision-making to final delivery.
• Drive the evolution of hirify.global's visual brand and architect design systems for sub-brands.
• Collaborate with product marketing, demand gen, and event leaders to shape creative strategy.
• Mentor junior and intermediate designers through feedback and process to raise the team's craft bar.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of brand design experience across agency and in-house environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating creative leadership, systems thinking, and direction-setting.
• Deep proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience building and scaling design systems.
• Must be based in Toronto, Calgary, or Vancouver.
• Strong typographic instincts and experience directing motion design (storyboarding and guiding animators).

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, legal tech, or other complex regulated industries.
• History of managing external creative partners or agency relationships.
• Comfort using AI design tools such as Midjourney or Krea.
