What you will do
- Develop and optimize components and assemblies based on functional requirements, DFM, quality, and sustainability.
- Verify designs through calculations, simulations, and reliability testing.
- Create and maintain technical production documentation and results records.
- Improve development and process workflows using the Veralto Enterprise System (VES).
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team including R&D, procurement, manufacturing, and quality.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (M.Sc. or M.Eng.) in mechanical engineering, micromechanics, or a comparable field.
- Several years of professional experience in mechanical design engineering.
- Fluent German (C1) and very good English skills.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD tools, with SolidWorks preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience in the development of industrial measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of vibration theory.
