What you will do

• Build and maintain reconciliation processes for crypto-related products using internal ledgers and financial systems.
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations and support the month-end close process with accurate financial reporting.
• Analyze balance sheet and income statement fluctuations and document variance explanations.
• Support external audit requests by gathering documentation and preparing necessary schedules.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to automate workflows and improve reporting accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience in public accounting, industry, or both.
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting standards and financial close processes.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and SQL for financial data analysis and reconciliation.
