What you will do

• Respond to inquiries from Airbnb property owners and renters promptly and professionally.
• Resolve renter issues regarding property listings, availability, rates, and booking processes.
• Coordinate with internal staff and schedule cleaners for property maintenance tasks.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and document management.

Requirements

• Work Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM AWST (48 hours per week).
• Proven customer support experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts independently.
