What you will do
- Respond to inquiries from Airbnb property owners and renters promptly and professionally.
- Resolve renter issues regarding property listings, availability, rates, and booking processes.
- Coordinate with internal staff and schedule cleaners for property maintenance tasks.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and document management.
Requirements
- Work Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM AWST (48 hours per week).
- Proven customer support experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts independently.
