Finance Business Partner (Trust & Safety)

Location: Hybrid in San Mateo, CA (Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

What you will do

• Manage monthly financial cycles, budgets, and reporting packages in collaboration with Accounting.
• Lead cross-functional projects with the Safety ops team to identify cost efficiencies and ROI for strategic initiatives.
• Develop a 5-year long-range model for customer support and moderation teams.
• Collaborate with safety data science teams to define operational metrics like agent utilization and abuse reports.
• Partner with the Finance Data team to automate processes using BI tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting, or a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in a finance-related or similar business role.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex data analysis and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL, Anaplan, Tableau, or other BI tools.
• Strong communication skills for presenting recommendations via PowerPoint.
• Must have United States work authorization (certain visa categories may not be supported).
