Platform Engineer (AI)

TL;DR

Platform Engineer (AI): Develop and enhance AI-assisted coding tools and internal developer systems to enable AI coding agents to operate seamlessly across the software development lifecycle. What you will do

• Audit and make internal developer systems API-ready for AI agents, enabling end-to-end operation.
• Build harness tooling, context systems, and feedback loops to improve AI-generated pull requests.
• Automate high-volume, low-priority engineering tasks such as dependency upgrades and bug fixes.
• Design internal tools to enhance engineering productivity, including dashboards and CI/CD optimizations.
• Identify organizational friction points and recommend solutions to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience building tools or workflows that improve developer or AI agent productivity.
• Strong software and system design fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience or genuine curiosity about AI coding tools and agents.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to senior technical leadership.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems or monolith decomposition (nice to have).

Nice to have

• Prior work on developer experience or engineering productivity programs.
• Familiarity with code review tooling, static analysis, or automated PR pipelines.
