What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal customer inquiries and service requests.

• Maintain accuracy and efficiency while managing a high volume of service requests.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work from the Byhalia, MS Distribution Center.
• Entry-level role; prior experience in customer service, operations, or support is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
