What you will do

• Lead end-to-end QE strategy for sophisticated features and platform integrations across PlayStation services.
• Architect and implement scalable automated test frameworks for UI, API, and system-level testing.
• Develop robust automated test suites for web, backend, and platform services.
• Drive automation guidelines, coding standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior and mid-level SDETs through code reviews and technical leadership.
• Build and optimize CI/CD automation pipelines to support rapid release cycles.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in SDET, Quality Engineering, or automation-focused development.
• Experience testing machine learning systems (recommendation or search ranking systems).
• Strong programming expertise in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or C++.
• Extensive experience with Selenium, Appium, and modern frontend frameworks like React.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend validation.

Nice to have

• Experience with gaming consoles, embedded systems, or consumer electronics.
