Salary: €2800 - 5200 gross / month

What you will do

• Analyze user stories and requirements to create test plans, test cases, and flow diagrams.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and compatibility testing across web, mobile, and API layers.
• Track and prioritize defects, collaborating closely with developers for resolution.
• Support automation by designing and maintaining UI/API test scripts and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor quality KPIs and release readiness using defect backlog trends and coverage dashboards.
• Influence the selection and rollout of new QA tools and best practices across teams.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in manual and automated testing for web and APIs.
• Proven track record in defining QA strategies and implementing frameworks.
• Solid understanding of non-functional testing (performance, security, accessibility).
• Fluent English and Lithuanian (written and verbal).
• Must be based in Lithuania.

Nice to have

• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
• Specific experience in security and performance testing.
