What you will do
- Own Paid Social performance end-to-end, focusing on acquisition, efficiency, and profitability for Casino products.
- Develop and execute a testing roadmap across creative, bidding, targeting, and audience strategy.
- Manage media buying efforts, including campaign optimization and inventory expansion.
- Analyze performance data to uncover growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
- Partner with Creative, Product, and Analytics teams to develop high-performing growth initiatives.
- Present performance insights and testing results to marketing leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in media buying, acquisition marketing, or performance marketing.
- Proven experience owning Paid Social strategy and performance with accountability for business outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of digital media optimization, structured experimentation, and attribution methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Must be eligible to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL.
- Experience with cohort analysis and mobile attribution frameworks.
