What you will do

• Roll out software to customers and provide technical support solutions using hirify.global products.
• Collaborate with customers to understand technical requirements and deliver high-quality implementations.
• Deploy, integrate, and support software in customer environments.
• Troubleshoot complex software, networking, middleware, and embedded systems issues.
• Partner with internal engineering teams to improve product capabilities and performance.
• Contribute features, fixes, and enhancements directly to Apex.OS.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience in modern C++.
• Authorization to work in Germany.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across complex software systems.
• Experience developing software for embedded or distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for customer-facing roles.

Nice to have

• Experience in safety-critical domains like automotive, robotics, or aerospace.
• Familiarity with ROS/ROS 2, DDS, and communication protocols (UDP, TCP/IP).
• Understanding of real-time systems and AUTOSAR architectures.
• Experience with build systems like Bazel or CMake.
• Experience working with Linux-based development environments.
