What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles from initial brief to offer acceptance.
- Act as a strategic business partner to hiring managers to build high-performing teams.
- Drive proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse and strong candidate pipelines.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and growth potential.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects company culture and values.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to strengthen market positioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences.
- 5+ years of in-house recruitment experience for technical positions within a global company.
- Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment processes independently.
- Strong sourcing skills with creative talent engagement approaches.
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

- Familiarity with AI recruitment tools and data-driven hiring.
