What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles from initial brief to offer acceptance.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to hiring managers to build high-performing teams.
  • Drive proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse and strong candidate pipelines.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and growth potential.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects company culture and values.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to strengthen market positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences.
  • 5+ years of in-house recruitment experience for technical positions within a global company.
  • Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment processes independently.
  • Strong sourcing skills with creative talent engagement approaches.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in hyper-growth tech environments.
  • Familiarity with AI recruitment tools and data-driven hiring.
