What you will do

• Design and ship features powering the social graph, including profiles, online presence, and co-play tools.
• Architect scalable, long-term technical solutions used by millions of users daily.
• Collaborate across teams to translate business goals into a concrete, multi-year technical roadmap.
• Serve as a technical leader, setting engineering standards and mentoring other engineers.
• Develop new zero-to-one features and optimize existing social infrastructure.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development with web or app technologies.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Proven track record of building and launching complex, consumer-facing features.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Must be based at hirify.global HQ in San Mateo, CA.
