Business Controller (Finance)

TL;DR

Business Controller (Finance): Supporting Industrial Service and Equipment business across the EMEA region with an accent on analysis and KPI reporting. Location: Hybrid; based in Hyvinkää, Finland, with possibilities to work from Hämeenlinna, Espoo, or remotely within the region.

What you will do

• Manage operative reporting for EMEA central staff functions.
• Develop and maintain reporting templates for monthly reporting, annual planning, and long-range planning.
• Assist EMEA management with sales management analysis, pricing, and profitability calculations.
• Participate in standardization and harmonization initiatives to improve productivity in financial controlling processes.
• Collaborate with the EMEA Business Controlling team through regular weekly and monthly meetings.

Requirements

• Academic degree in finance or business.
• 2-5 years of experience in business controlling, finance, or accounting.
• Proficiency in SAP FICO, OneStream, and PowerBI.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and a proactive, hands-on attitude.
