What you will do

• Conduct data collection, analysis, and user research to identify UX bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma, ensuring a consistent visual language across products.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into detailed technical design documentation.
• Create and maintain design systems using tokenized components to ensure scalability and brand consistency.
• Monitor design performance through product and UX metrics, iterating on solutions based on user feedback.
• Present research findings and strategic design recommendations to senior executives and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience as a Senior or Lead Product Designer in e-commerce or B2B2C domains.
• Proven track record of using product and UX metrics to guide design decisions.
• Deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative user research methods.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows.
• Experience with design systems, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Language requirements: Russian (C1+) and English (B2).
