Location: Must be based in the Czech Republic (Praha, Brno, or České Budějovice). Home office options are available where the position allows.

What you will do
- Define and own the Tribe's technology strategy in alignment with enterprise IT and architecture principles.
- Oversee system architecture and technical design to ensure long-term scalability and maintainability.
- Ensure all delivered solutions comply with architectural standards, security policies, and non-functional requirements.
- Govern engineering standards, development practices, and overall technical quality across product teams.
- Manage technology dependencies across product teams, other Tribes, and shared-service teams.
- Develop engineering talent and promote a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Language: C1/C2 proficiency in both Czech and English is required.
- Strong expertise in modern engineering, scalable architecture, and systems thinking.
- Proven experience in delivery-focused engineering leadership and DevOps practices.
- Ability to translate business strategy and product vision into feasible technical solutions.
- High level of ownership and accountability for system stability and operational health.
- Location: Must be based in or near Prague, Brno, or České Budějovice.
