Location: Seoul, South Korea. Willingness to travel once every 4-8 weeks to visit customers is required.

What you will do

• Develop advanced GenAI solutions incorporating the latest AI research to solve complex customer problems.
• Manage and own the production rollout of consumer-facing and internal GenAI applications.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers across diverse industry domains.
• Represent the company as a thought leader at major conferences such as the Data + AI Summit.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape strategic priorities and the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Experience building GenAI applications, including RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, and fine-tuning.
• Proficiency with tools such as HuggingFace, LangChain, and DSPy.
• Extensive industry experience in data science using pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
• Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (CS, Engineering, Statistics, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to travel every 4-8 weeks to meet customers.

Nice to have

• Experience using the Databricks Intelligence Platform and Apache Spark for large-scale distributed datasets.
