• Provide technical software support, setup, and implementation guidance via email and phone.
• Troubleshoot application issues and deliver effective, solution-focused results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Computer/Engineering Services.
• Comfortable providing live technical support via phone and email.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong customer-focused mindset.
• Must be based in or able to work in Irving, TX.
• Available to travel during the second week of employment for training purposes.
