Location: Onsite in Hanoi, Vietnam

What you will do

  • Develop and implement internal communication plans to strengthen employee engagement and company culture.
  • Create and manage content for internal communication channels.
  • Organize internal events, team-building programs, company celebrations, and culture initiatives.
  • Manage office administration, including supplies, facilities, assets, and vendor coordination.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, training sessions, and business trips.
  • Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and administrative documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, PR, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Internal Communication, Administration, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable appearing in internal content and hosting activities as an MC.
  • Must be based in Hanoi.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a technology company.
  • Basic English communication skills.
