What you will do

• Support the FFE Officer and Manager with CRM system data handling and daily user troubleshooting.
• Process sales, inventory, and other relevant data to support operational efficiency.
• Obtain and build market tender data from external sources like dauthau.info.
• Consolidate dealer reports and market data into comprehensive datasets for management analysis.
• Streamline import data collection to assist Sales & Marketing management.
• Provide ad-hoc data processing support for reporting and analysis requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in a relevant field.
• Basic experience working with data.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and self-driven attitude.
• Must be able to work onsite in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
• Adaptability to changing business needs.

Nice to have

• Background in IT or data-related fields.
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar FFE roles.
• Skills in PowerBI.
