What you will do

• Coordinate service requests, schedules, and invoices in collaboration with facilities, vendors, and clients.
• Input and maintain service-related data across internal and client systems in real-time.
• Support regional profitability by monitoring KPIs, usage rates, and travel expenses.
• Assist auditors and consultants with logistics and escalate operational issues as needed.
• Ensure timely service delivery by processing requests within client deadlines.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar coordination or administrative role.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written) is required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Analytical, results-driven approach with high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
