What you will do

• Run evaluations on AI features, including scoring outputs, flagging regressions, and building golden sets.
• Develop lightweight tools, scripts, and internal prototypes using AI coding assistants.
• Implement and test variations of prompts and workflows to optimize AI performance.
• Manage end-to-end external outreach and relationship management with KOLs.
• Partner with marketing and other product teams to drive AI-related outcomes.
• Execute high-leverage operational tasks to increase the AI team's overall velocity.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of generalist or operations experience in a startup or fast-moving environment.
• Deep working knowledge of LLM-based tools for writing, automation, and prototyping.
• High-agency execution: ability to move from vague problems to working solutions with minimal supervision.
• Strong bias for action and willingness to perform unglamorous a grunt work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with software development and product management.
• Experience building products from 0 to 1 in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering or AI-adjacent operational work.
