**What does an ideal candidate look like?

• Proven experience of 1+ years as a Web Developer with a focus on WordPress and Elementor.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience in optimising WordPress for speed and security.
• Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
