What you will do

• Contribute to product feature design, development, code reviews, testing, and automation.
• Design security models for SaaS environments across application layers and distributed systems.
• Collaborate with backend, frontend, infrastructure, and domain teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Resolve challenging technical problems and high-priority customer escalations.
• Lead complex technical discussions with multiple stakeholders.
• Manage the full service ownership lifecycle, including CI/CD, monitoring, and service quality.

Requirements

• Proficiency with C# and the .NET Framework or a comparable tech stack.
• Strong skills in object-oriented design and multi-threaded programming.
• Expertise in debugging, troubleshooting, and log analysis.
• Basic knowledge of client-server development and REST APIs.
• Must be based in Mexico.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.

Nice to have

• Understanding of cryptography (PKI, TLS) and OS/systems-level programming (Linux/Windows internals, IPC).
• Experience with AWS/Azure deployments and asynchronous programming.
• Strong awareness of security and compliance standards.
• Experience developing automated tests, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
